Is there a Qwest TV EDU mobile app?
No, not at this stage. The Qwest TV app you can get is for our commercial platform and will not work with a Qwest TV EDU subscription.
Can Qwest TV EDU be accessed on TV?
No, not at this stage. You can only access our commercial Qwest TV platform and will not be able to work with a Qwest TV EDU subscription.
I keep landing on this page while trying to access Qwest TV EDU via IP or via Proxy, what should I do?
This page is usually for users who access via Shibboleth or Email. Please make sure you are using the correct URL (https://education.qwest.tv/auth/edu) and have provided us with correct Proxy IP addresses if applicable. If the problem persists, please contact us.
I am having trouble accessing Qwest TV EDU off-campus and/or on-campus. What should I do?
Please make sure you are using the correct URL (https://education.qwest.tv/auth/edu) and have provided us with correct authentication details. If the problem persists, please contact us with test credentials for Proxy or Shibboleth access issues so that our technical team can look into the issue.
